As a special offer, Mark Knopfler online ticket purchasers are entitled to receive one complimentary copy of Mark Knopfler's new album 'Kill To Get Crimson' for each pair of tickets (2) ordered for any of Mark’s North American tour dates.

This promotion is for all online orders of tickets to the dates of the June / July '08 Mark Knopfler shows. It is not applicable to walk up or phone purchases of tickets.

If you bought ticket to...

 

1 - A US date from Ticketmaster:

  • You will receive an email, from Ticketmaster, with a special code
  • When you have your code, please go here to enter it along with the address at which you’d like to receive your “Kill To Get Crimson” CD
  • If you do not receive the email with the code, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please contact Ticketmaster support.

2 - A US date from any ticketing agent other than Ticketmaster:

  • You will receive an email from Warner Bros. Records with a special code
  • When you have your code, please go here to enter it along with the address at which you’d like to receive your “Kill To Get Crimson” CD
  • If you have any questions or problems with the redemption code, please contact Warner Brothers Records Customer Service here.

3 - All Canadian shows:

  • You will receive an email from either Ticketmaster or another online ticketing agent with a special code.
  • When you have your code, please go here to enter it along with the address at which you’d like to receive your “Kill To Get Crimson” CD
  • If you have any questions or problems with the redemption code, please contact MarkKnopfler.com Customer Service at help@markknopfler.com

4 – Any MarkKnopfler.com presale:

  • If you've ordered your tickets for ANY North American show in the PRESALES held on MarkKnopfler.com you will receive an email from MarkKnopfler.com within three weeks of your purchase.
  • This email will confirm the number of CDs you will receive, as well as the delivery address
    You will receive another email once your CD(s) is dispatched

One code will be provided for every PAIR of tickets (2). Codes will expire on September 1, 2008 and must be redeemed by that date.
